What is PayQwick?
PayQwick is a compliance-based electronic payment hub that enables state-legal cannabis commerce to transact throughout the entire cannabis supply chain. Our encrypted website stores your information safely and securely so that you can use our electronic payment hub to pay for the items you want.

PayQwick provides a fast, easy, discreet and safe way to make purchases at cannabis retailers and dispensaries. The PayQwick platform also allows producers, processors and retailers to pay each other for cannabis purchases and also allows them to pay their vendors (for example, attorneys, landlords, accountants, insurance companies, utility companies, etc.)
Is there a fee to join PayQwick?
No! There are no fees to join PayQwick or to use your PayQwick card or PayQwick’s smartphone app. The only fee you will ever have to pay is a $0.99 charge each time you use the instant load feature on the PayQwick App. Please visit the App store online (either IOS or Android) and search for PayQwick to download the PayQwick App.
How can I apply for a PayQwick account?
You can sign up online or click the Sign Up button above. You also can sign up for a PayQwick account at any of our participating Cannabis Retailers. For a current list of participating Cannabis Retailers, go to Participating Retailers or click on the Participating Businesses button above.
I signed up for a consumer PayQwick account online. How long will it take to get my account activated?
If you signed up for a PayQwick account at www.PayQwick.com, we will mail your card to you. Your account will be activated in just 1-3 working days.
I signed up for a PayQwick card at a retail cannabis store. What do I do now?
You will receive an email from us with a temporary password and a link that will enable you to complete the signup process. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions in the email for entering your temporary password. Be sure to change your temporary password right away. Once you have completed the signup process, you will want to “Link” your bank account or credit union account to your PayQwick account. Follow the FAQs above that explain how to “Link” your bank or credit union account and how to transfer money to your PayQwick account, including PayQwick’s “Auto Reload” feature.
How do I transfer money into my PayQwick account?
First, you need to “link” your bank or credit union account and/or your credit/debit card to your PayQwick account. You can only transfer money to your PayQwick account if you have a credit/debit card or a USA-based bank or credit union account.
How do I “link” my bank or credit union account to my PayQwick account?
  • Login to your PayQwick account.
  • Select the “Wallet” drop-down menu on the left side of the “Account Overview” screen and then select the “My Bank Accounts” option.
  • Hit the “Add Bank Account” button and fill in the required information. Be sure you have your bank or credit union’s routing number and your account number handy.
  • Hit the “Submit” button.
In 1-2 days, you will see a small, micro deposit appear in your bank or credit union account. We do this to ensure the routing number and account number you typed-in are correct.

Once you see the micro deposit, login to your PayQwick account and hit the “Verify Now” button on the “Account Overview” screen. Enter the amount of the micro deposit. Your bank or credit union account is now “Verified.” You can now transfer money from your bank or credit union account to your PayQwick account.

Please note that you can only have one (1) bank or credit union account linked to your PayQwick account at a time. If you change bank or credit union accounts, we will need to “verify” that new account with a micro deposit before you can transfer money from that new account into your PayQwick account.
How do I add money to my PayQwick account?
Once your bank or credit union account is “Verified,”
  • Login to your PayQwick account.
  • Click the “Deposit Funds” button at the top of the “Account Overview” page.
  • Click the “Make a Deposit” button and type in the amount of money you want to deposit.
  • Click the “Submit” button.
Due to the way the U.S. banking system works, it usually take about two (2) working days for the money to show up in your PayQwick account.
How long does it take to deposit or withdraw money?
Once your bank or credit union account is “Verified,” it generally takes two (2) business days for the money to show up in your PayQwick account. Use PayQwick’s “Auto Reload” feature (explained above) to ensure there is enough money in your PayQwick account whenever you go to your favorite cannabis store. When you withdraw money from your PayQwick account, it also takes approximately two (2) business days for the money to show up in your bank or credit union account.
I made a deposit or withdrawal, but don’t see it in my account. Where is my money?
We use the U.S. banking system’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer system when consumers deposit money into their PayQwick account or withdraw money from their PayQwick account. It usually takes two (2) business days to process payments by ACH transfer.
How do I make sure I always have enough money in my PayQwick account every time I walk into a cannabis store?
The PayQwick platform allows you to automatically reload your PayQwick account every time the balance in your account falls below a pre-designated threshold. This is PayQwick’s “Auto Reload” option. To engage the “Auto Reload” function, follow the following steps:
  • Login to your PayQwick account.
  • Select the “Wallet” drop-down menu on the left side of the “Account Overview” screen and then select the “My Bank Account” option.
  • Hit the “Edit” button or the “Auto Reload Settings” button that appears to the right of last 4 digits of your bank or credit union account number.
  • Check the “Enable Auto Reload” box and use the drop down menus to select when your account should be reloaded and how much money should be transferred to your PayQwick account each time.
PayQwick’s “Auto Reload” feature ensures there always is enough money in your PayQwick account to buy what you want.
Is there a fee to transfer money into or out of my PayQwick account or to use my PayQwick card?
Transferring money to your PayQwick account is absolutely free! It works just like an electronic check (e-Check). Transferring money from your PayQwick back to your bank or credit union account is free too. In addition, using your PayQwick card or the PayQwick smartphone App is free. The only fee you will ever have to pay is a $0.99 charge each time you use the instant load feature on the PayQwick App.
What shows up on my bank statement when I transfer money to PayQwick?
When you transfer money to your PayQwick account, it merely shows up as “PayQwick.”
What shows up on my bank statement when I pay for cannabis using my PayQwick card?
Absolutely nothing! Because PayQwick is its own, self-contained payment platform, nothing shows up on your bank statement when you buy cannabis with your PayQwick Card or with the PayQwick Smartphone App.
Why should I become a PayQwick member?
PayQwick is a discreet, safe and convenient way to shop at Cannabis Retailers. You don’t have to worry about bringing cash with you, finding an ATM machine or swiping your personalized debit card. PayQwick is discreet and free for consumers:
  • No personal information appears on your PayQwick card.
  • No more debit card or ATM fees!
  • The Pot Shop’s name does not appear on your bank statement. Instead, your bank statement simply shows “PayQwick.”
Plus, PayQwick rewards you every time you use the card through our Rewards Qwicker™ program. Earn points every time you use your PayQwick smartphone app or your PayQwick card. Redeem rewards points for valuable merchandise and discounts. For more information, go to the Rewards Program tab on our website.
What is the rewards Qwicker program?
Through our Rewards Qwicker™ program, PayQwick rewards you every time you use the PayQwick Smartphone App. You earn 10 rewards points for every dollar you spend using the PayQwick’s Smartphone App.

Periodically, we run promotional events and specials at our participating retail cannabis stores. Watch for these promotional events to earn double or triple rewards points.
What can I get with my rewards points?
You can redeem your rewards points at our on-line store for merchandise, including PayQwick branded clothing, smoking paraphernalia, PayQwick Gift Cards and Cash-Back on your PayQwick card. We are presently completing construction of our online store. Until the store is ready, please see the Rewards Program tab on our website’s home page for examples of the items that will be available in the online store.
Can I earn points for referring friends?
Yes! PayQwick encourages you to tell your friends about this new and easy way to pay! You will earn 1,000 Rewards Qwicker Points for referring a friend to PayQwick. The points will be credited to your account when your friend signs up for a PayQwick account and purchases at least $50 with their PayQwick card or PayQwick’s smartphone app.
What is my pin?
Your PIN is the 4-digit security code you choose when you first created your PayQwick account. This code is used as a final authentication step to complete a transaction at the retail cannabis store, and is an additional security measure for your account safety. Your account PIN is NOT the same as your PayQwick card’s CVC number. Keep your PIN confidential; do not share your PIN with anyone.
Can I sign up for a business account?
Licensed cannabis producers, processors and retailers are welcome to apply for a PayQwick Business Account. PayQwick also opens business accounts for businesses that supply non-cannabis goods and services to producers, processors and retailers. For example, typical non-cannabis vendors include attorneys, accountants, landlords, utility companies, equipment suppliers, fertilizer companies and insurance professionals. Can I use my significant other’s or a friend’s PayQwick card?
For security purposes, we strongly recommend you not share your PayQwick card and PIN with anyone else.
Is there a limit to how much money I can have in my PayQwick account?
There is a limit of $1,000.00 that can be in your PayQwick Account at any one time.
What if I signed up with the wrong e-mail address?
Don’t worry! If you signed up with the wrong e-mail address, please call us at (888) PAY-QWICK (888) 729-7942 and we will get it corrected for you.
Can I change my email address after I have signed up?
Yes. Once you have logged in to your PayQwick account, go to the My Account tab and select the “Edit My Email” tab from the drop-down menu. Then, enter your password and the new email address in the appropriate boxes. Then, hit the “Update” button.
Help! I forgot my password!
If you have forgotten your password, simple click here to enter your email address, and we will email you a link to change and save your new password. Or, you can go to our home page at www.payqwick.com. Click on the green LOGIN button in the upper right corner of the PayQwick Home page. Then, click the “Forgot your password?” link. Enter your email address, and we will email you a link to change and save your new password.
Help! I see purchases within my account that I didn't make!
If you believe your account has been used for fraudulent activity contact PayQwick Support immediately at (888) PAY-QWICK (888) 729-7942. We will work with you and determine which steps should be taken to fix the situation.
What if I have a problem or question with a transaction?
We are dedicated to providing to most prompt, effective and responsive customer service in the industry. If you have any problems or questions, you have two options:

A. Call us at (888) PAY-QWICK (888) 729-7942, and we will fix the problem or answer your questions; or

B. Login to your PayQwick account and select the Resolution Center tab from the navigation buttons on the left side of the “Account Overview” screen. Then, click the box next to the specific transaction about which you have a question. This will open a Message Box. Type your message and hit the “Send” button. We will respond as soon as we possibly can.
What if I can’t reach anyone to help me?
Customer service is extremely important to us. Leave us a message on our voicemail system. We will always call you back as soon as possible. Guaranteed! If you send us a message from our website, it automatically creates a ticket for you in our Support Tracking System. We will respond within one business day.
How can I check the status of the activity in my PayQwick account?
Login to your PayQwick account. Then, on the “Account Overview” page, click on the “Recent Transactions” button. This will take you to a page that shows all of the transactions involving your PayQwick account, including purchases, deposits and withdrawals.
Where can I use my PayQwick card?
You can use your PayQwick Card and PayQwick Smartphone App at all cannabis retailers that accept PayQwick. More and more Cannabis Retailers are signing up every week! For a current list of PayQwick retailers near you, go to www.payqwick.com and click on the Participating Businesses tab.
Is my information secure?
Yes! PayQwick’s secure, encrypted software platform ensures your information is safe and protected at all times. PayQwick is the FIRST federally registered Money Services Business licensed by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions for the recreational cannabis industry.
How do I pay a retailer?
The retailer will simply swipe or scan your PayQwick card, enter the CVC number on the back of your PayQwick card and ask you to enter your 4-digit pin into the point of sale payment terminal. That’s it.
Do you sell my personal information?
No! We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details and disclosures.
